Might Guy is one of the powerful shinobi of the hidden leaf village. He was not blessed with any ninjustsu and genjutsu however , he still became jonin. He can only use Taijutsu but he is not that weak shinobi. He bacame the powerful shinobi from his hard work and his self rule which consistently motivated him. He almost killed The strongest uchiha i.e. Uchiha Madara even madara has the power of the six paths. Might Guy is the example that hard work can also beat real talent.
